Originally from Toronto, OHiO but now in Chattanooga, TN
I was born the youngest of 4 to James and Violet Voorhees and raised in the small town of Toronto, Ohio and lived in the same house for the first 18 years of my life. My sister Rosalie was the oldest followed by my brother Jim then Bob and finally me, Leslie Thomas Voorhees. Jim and Bob are the only family I have left as my father passed away in 1990 and my mother in 2003 and in between I lost my sister Rose who was like a second mother to me. While growing up I was involved with the Boy Scouts of America and became an Eagle Scout. I went to college in Salem WV and graduated in 1979 with a degree in Youth Agency Administration
