About
My family is my life.
I grew up in Juneau and will always consider my home Alaska. After High School Graduation I moved to Florida and stayed there for 7 years. I had a good time and taught some of the best students ever at my first school, James A. Shanks High School. After 2 years there, I decided I needed a change from Florida and all of its heat.
In 2001, I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. After living there for 4 months, I met and fell in love with my husband. It took us awhile to get where we are now, but I would change anything in the world for it. While in Charlotte, I taught at Garinger High School. In 2003, we had our first son, Raekwon.
