Being a good IT consultant is hard and is not always obvious what are the skills we have to develop. In this presentation I talk about Sailing, one of my favorite hobby. I'm making a parallelism between being a good sailor man and being a good consultant. Someone the customers can trust and without fear to fail or dear.

WHAT MAKES A TEAM AN ATEAM?
Look in the mirror!!!
LOOK IN THE MIRROR It is never only fault of other people Can we observe ourselves and say what we can improve? Are we aware of our mistake and weaknesses? Working on ourselves is the starting point to build an ATeam.
