My professional journey : I'm passionate about people, about their talents and their development. In 1994 I started working in Human Resources, the last 8 years with a broad and strategic focus. Graduated in Applied Communications, I started my career working for a major Japanese production company. After some years I turned my attention to Human Resources and more specifically to recruitment - selection & Talentmanagement. Convinced that Human Resources has a broader dimension, I decided in 2002 to take on a larger role within HR and studied the different HR processes within medium to large organizations.
