2, Delivers HR capability to Business Units under supervision of the HR Executive
3. Identifies and provides input to HR issues and needs within the business.
4. Identifies and manages trends within the company and industry
5. Aligns business unit HR needs to business and HR strategy.
6. Manages a team of HR Consultants to deliver HR capability.
7. Focuses on generalist HR functions and practices including Remuneration & Benefits, Performance Management, Training and Development, Talent Management, etc.
8. Supports and advises on the design and/or redesign of HR processes and practices
9. Manages HR Budget
