Orsolya is a TEDx speaker, guest contributor to HVG magazines and Forbes. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, as well as conducts workshops and trainings both in Hungary and abroad. With the Milestone Solutions Lab team, Orsolya supports multinational companies, small businesses and NGOs to create effective and people-centered organisational cultures. Orsolya was picked as one of the 50 under 30 talents in 2015. Her book Generational myths – How to prepare for future challenges arguing for defining generations not based on the past, but the future was published in May 2019 by HVG Books.
