My primary role is to lead the Rotary Club of Muthaiga in achieving it community service goals. This includes and is not limited to:
1. Reviewing club's strategic plan
2. Setting clubs' annual goals (assessing club membership, discussing and organising service projects developing future leaders, developing a PR plan, identifying ways to support the Rotary Foudnation)
3. Working with club and district D9212 leaders
4. Ensuring continuity in leadership and service projects
5. Ensuring regular and consistent training of members
