Joe J.J. Lin received his Ph.D. in Engineering Education (ENE) from Purdue University (USA). He also completed M.S. and B.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering (IE) from Purdue University and National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan). His.research interest includes: success models for engineering students, international engineering education, teamwork and team effectiveness, design of manufacturing systems, production systems management, and applied Operations Research. In addition to his research works in ENE and IE, he also has teaching experience in industrial engineering, first-year engineering, engineering problem-solving, and computer-aided manufacturing.
