I have been working in Human Resources for nearly 20 years, and over 15 years have been in small startups throughout the Silicon Valley where I successfully built and led HR functions -- from soup to nuts (and yes, there were a lot of nuts). While I have worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, banking and professional services, most of my career has been devoted to high tech organizations ranging from dot coms, software, video game development.
