I have been into several different kinds of roles and industries early in my career. I have done PR Agencies, Multimedia Supplier, Electronic Component Trading, and Recruitment Agency.
My latest exposure focuses on Recruitment process. The various environment has helped me in smoothly understanding processes of different roles and what type of people should fit the requirement. So far, I've done placement for up to senior manager levels for multiple positions including, Sales/Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and also technical positions such as Engineering and IT.
