That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life." — Winston Churchill ——— I have smashed my face into government property (by accident), been yelled at by mall security (for apparently being loud), spoken at conferences (with remarks prepared in the car on the way there), written 20,000 words for a fiction project in five days (they weren't that good), interrupted a political debate from the audience (while it was being televised live -- a mistake to be sure), and driven down crowded city streets with Pakistani devotional music blasting and the windows rolled down (only to get weird looks from other drivers.) ——— "Lydia
