Logan Aimone teaches journalism and advises the newspaper and yearbook at University High School in Chicago. After a decade teaching and advising at Wenatchee High School in Washington state, Aimone joined NSPA as executive director in 2007 where he remained until 2013. He then worked more than a year as business development director for School Newspapers Online. His students have earned top national honors for newspaper, website and yearbook. He is a past Dow Jones News Fund Distinguished Adviser and Washington adviser of the year. He co-wrote two textbooks.
