Spent initial 5 years with Warner Hindustan and the remaining 21 with Ranbaxy Laboratories before the bug of entrepreneurship stung him.
He then set-up a firm called Maa Santoshi Enterprises which was primarily into logistics and freight management for Pharmaceutical products. He was very actively involved in social movements, where he was President of the State Congress Committee for his native town Ajmer, Rajasthan.
