Growing up in a small community taught me a few things;

There is goodness in everyone;sometimes you just need to look a little harder to find it...
Help others whenever you are able. ( That was from my kindergarten teacher)
Give everything you do your best effort, you owe everything you do 100%...Do you expect 100% from people doing things for you? Of course you do.
Do nice things for others and expect nothing in return. Do it for the warm fuzzies you feel after doing it.
