I reside in the beautiful, interior of British Columbia (BC). Where I enjoy most outdoor activities that involve nature. I can often be found hiking, running, stand-up paddling, cycling, doing yoga, camping, swimming, kayaking, rafting, canoeing, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, fishing, walking, traveling and exploring nature. I love animals and appreciate all the beauty Mother Nature has provided.
I spend most of my days training for an upcoming half-marathon in December. When I am not running, I enjoy going to yoga, spin class, dance class or going swimming. I am also into meditation, sound therapy and Yin Yoga.
