Cisco is pouncing on new market opportunities and accelerated transformation has been central to our success. My current role began in 2012 when I was chartered to drive accelerated transformation initiatives across Cisco Services. After the analysis and risk mitigation stage of the work was done, my role morphed into executive communications on behalf of Cisco Services' Vice-President of Operations. Speech writing, video and event management, engagement management, social networking, employee recognition and of course, communications strategy and planning, have all been part of my remit.
