The document discusses producing fabric samples for an upcoming collection to show major customers and at trade shows. Pages from the catalog were used for point-of-purchase banners, sales meetings, and trade show catalogs to showcase different sized shapes made from that season's best selling prints. Banners were also created and hung in different departments at the factory in El Salvador to foster a sense of teamwork.

For sales purposes and presentation the new collection at the
Trade Show and important customers.
After selecting the prints to be developed in the next collection, we sampled a couple of yards
(around 15 yards) on each print and produced samples of our basic shapes out of that fabric in
order to see how the print responded with the concept of the products, the brand and the overall
collection. These samples were shown to major customers, also presented at the Trade Shows,
and displayed in the Show Room along with a catalogue, with actual swatches of the fabric, for
best presentation.
The pages below were used for these purposes.
