I'm a Project Manager particularly interested on the links between businesses and Project Management - and this blog reflects that.
I first got into Project Management because I was developing software while I was in University and I've been fascinated with Project Management since then. I was interested in the hard skills I was missing (Earned Value Management was my first Project Management big discovery). And then came the soft skills. And then came the business needs. Project Management is a huge melting pot and I love it - the challenges, the knowledge and the people; and the feeling of having something "done".
