I鈥檓 currently working in the OSS area, Network Creation stream, focusing on business processes and support GIS systems related to physical inventory management.
I鈥檓 working as a team leader, coordinating a team made by up to 15 professionals, managing all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, analysis and design, build, system and integration test, deployment and post production support activities.
In this role I also manage PM activities, client management, estimation, release planning, costs and budget control.
Previous experiences are in the BSS area, where I had the chance to deal with CRM business process definition and reengineering.
