Lead and coordinate work to ensure that the RIM (Reliability, Integrity and Maintenance) philosophy and strategy is incorporated into the plant design and operating discipline during the EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction), Commissioning & Start-Up phases for the successful startup and maintenance of the PO, Polyols, PG , EO, Amines, BGE and Hydrogen Peroxide Plants.
Assemble the Maintenance Team for the Ethylene Oxide & Derivatives area to support Commissioning and Start-Up as well as normal operation of the units. Create a Highly Reliable Organizational culture and the elimination of unplanned events by implementing reliability and maintenance services and solutions.
