Liliana is currently doing a Ph.D at Lboro University.
Her research examines how user involvement and appropriation contribute/impact the further development of digital services. The Ph.D research main question is how and what are the main contributions of users in the development of digital services after the digital services have been launched. Most precisely, this research focuses on the greater impact that users鈥� contributions can have in the development of digital services. This greater impact is defined as the user鈥檚 input that helps to re-shape, change, transform and appropriate the digital service.
