Focus on building biologically realistic, cellular and molecular level models of pyramidal neurons with multiple compartments of detailed morphology. Model both electrical activities, chemical reactions and signaling pathways. Simulation works are implemented under Linux. Related mathematical topics are stochastic processes and dynamic systems.
