ABBREVIATED BIOSKETCH: Dr. Lyle G. McNeal received his B.S. in Animal Husbandry from California Polytechnic State College, Pomona, in 1964; M.S. in Animal Breeding and Range Management from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1966; and Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology and Range Science from Utah State University, Logan, in 1978.
He also served in the U.S. Air Force, MATS & ARS as a pilot and Operations Officer, and achieved rank of 1st Lt..
