I am an alumnae of Christopher Newport University and the University of Tennessee with a M.S. in College Student Personnel, B.A. in Sociology, and Minors in Leadership Studies and Psychology. After working for Virginia Tech as a Student Leadership Advisor for two years and at Georgia Southern University as the Coordinator of Student Development Programming and Leadership for the Department of University Housing (Residential Education) for 2 1/2 years, I am starting a new adventure as Director of New Student Programs at Virginia Commonwealth University.
