I believe teaching is as much about passion as it is about the continuous upgrading of knowledge and skills to inspire, motivate, challenge others to discover their potential and purpose.
Teaching is about helping students 'how to learn' and engage in real life experiences that are meaningful, relevant, memorable, interesting and fun. This enables them to direct their own learning as it gives them a sense of ownership. Learning is about discovering, inquiring, connecting and making meaning from many different contexts.
Therefore learners develop an understanding with empathy and compassion and construct their own reality.
