Born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. I attended St. Patrick's grammar school, Salesian High School and graduated from Lodi High School. In 1977 went into the Army as a chaplain's assistant. Married to Brenda in 1978. We spent 4 years in Germany, then off to Bible College in Denver. Re-entered the Army in 87 as an Army Chaplain. Served at Fort Jackson-SC, Korea, Fort Stewart-GA, off to Kuwait, then up to Fort Bragg- NC with the Green Berets. Then back to Kuwait in 2001. In 2002 was assigned to 3d ACR in Colorado Springs and served a year in Iraq (Al-Anabar/Ramadi). My final Assignment was with Space and Missile Defense command in COS. I retired in 2006 after 2 back surgeri
