- 2. From one mother to another I know that Chinese women have tough decisions to make regarding having children.
- 3. Country or city ¨C Chinese mothers are famous for their parenting ¨C for producing children who display academic excellence, musical mastery and professional success ¨C we call you the ¡°Tiger Moms¡± ¨C with no little envy.
- 4. I beg you to consider the side effects that certain TCM medicines may be having on your children ¨C specifically Xi Jiao which is derived from the horn of the Rhinoceros.
- 5. You may not be aware that scientific analysis of rhino horn shows high levels of phenylalanine - a neurotoxin that excites the neurons in the brain to the point of cellular death.
- 6. Elevations of blood phenylalanine are dangerous for those with PKU (Phenylketonuria) an inherited metabolic disease which results in mental retardation and has been linked to AUTISM.
