Majdi M. Alomari was born in 1978 in Irbid/Jordan. Majdi obtained his Bachelor Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Yarmouk University in 2001 and his Masters Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (J.U.S.T) in 2004. In 2011, he finished his PhD in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics and Intelligent Systems from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
