Mark Andrian "makopa" Luay Tuyay was born in the hospital, in Sta. Monica, Marikina, on January 12,1994. Six Years later the family moved to Parang, where he later on began his schooling at the Parang Elementary School. Later, they moved to Fortune and he continued his education at Marikina Science High School, Marikina and in 2010 he entered the Mapua Institute of Technology to be trained as a teacher in physics and mathematics. In 2015, the year he gained his diploma, he acquired Filipino citizenship and, as he was unable to find a teaching post, he accepted a position as technical assistant in the Philippine Police Station.
