Red Hat is a one-of-a-kind Company reaching 1 Billion in revenue solely on Open Source products. Working with Cloud Products and Mobile Portfolio, my job is to support the sales team in any technical issue, providing the best technical content.
Besides supporting the sales team, given my experience on communities, I was in charge of engaging the Brazilian branch of Red Hat into Open Source Communities activities, as a way to promote our portfolio set and influence professional developers around Red Hat's Cloud offering. On top of that, I was working closely with marketing team in setting up strategies to reach out both developers and system administrators when the need arises.
