• Organize and lead S&OP platform for centralized planning for finished goods and raw materials • Develop monitoring tools to measure sales forecasting performance to continuously improve their efficiency. • Prepare the optimized planning for production, logistic, purchase, and communicate to all related department. • Incorporate forecast plans in BU inventory planning and safety stock processes. Partner with factory leaders, sourcing, finance and other planners to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identification • Fixed Cost and stock optimization of depots.
