Prior to starting her independent practice, she was the General Counsel for the Happy Farm Accelerator where she led over 40 companies鈥� legal formation in US and various offshore jurisdictions, advised on all IP matters and US tax planning. While in University, Ms. Mamyko worked in the legal team of the largest Ukrainian dairy producer and served as District Attorney and Regional Court clerk.
