Currently, Manas is a research assistant at the Kno.e.sis Ohio Center of Excellence in Knowledge-enabled Computing at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He is advised by Prof. Amit P. Sheth - - Lexis Nexis Ohio eminent scholar and Director of Kno.e.sis. He works as a part of Natural language processing, Data Mining, and Deep Learning research team.
His research work involves an application of data mining techniques in solving mining problems in Computational Biology, Clinical Natural Language Processing, and Semantics. He served as a graduate research student under Prof. Petko Bogdanov in DMM Lab at SUNY Albany.
