I have been in the IT industry for over 10 years and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Enterprise Administrator since 2006 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCDBA) since 2007. I hold Microsoft Certificates on Windows 2003 and WIN XP platforms. I also holds the Exchange specialty certification (MCSE: Messaging) on Microsoft Exchange 2010 & MICROSOFT office 365. I played the role as a trusted adviser and have ability to explain things to both technical and non-technical people in a way that makes them feel more secure and better understand their IT environment. I take an active role in training and mentoring employees and management.
