Mangneo Lhungdim holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He has been progressively engaged in the development sector since 1998, starting his career as a Young Professional of CAPART (Govt of India) and later worked as an Institutional Development Organiser for GoI-IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development) bilateral project. In 2004, he joined CRS (Catholic Relief Services-India Program) as Partner Support Officer; and eventually rose to the position of Deputy States Representative.
