If you ask, I'll say "If you trust someone, trust him/her blindly". The reason: In the end either you will get a true friend or a lesson for a lifetime.
To be frank, I have had more lessons than finding true friends following this policy down the years. But I am good with it. It does hurt initially, but then you become sort of 'used to' of such happenings ......People use their brains, but I use my heart. Cos its the heart that helps keep the brain alive afterall.
My wish: God gives me the ability to see red flags from a mile away...cos I believe there are still some good people out in the world....its just a matter of finding someone who appreciates what we have to offer them.
