I was raised as a Third Culture Child, and called Hong Kong home for 43 years. Seeking new adventures in 2009, my family and I moved to China. I joined the Western International School of Shanghai, first as a Grade 5 homeroom teacher, then as PYP Coordinator and now as Deputy Principal.
I have, over the past 18 years, had the privilege of teaching, mentoring, and coaching learners from the ages of 3 through to adult learners. I have taught in state schools in New Zealand, and international schools in Hong Kong and China.
