I've worked 12 years in the IT industry, mainly in Telecommunications business, creating solutions to process gaps, customer needs and practical day to day issues. I know deeply the Telcos business and the process and project management areas and I long to keep scaling up in IT companies where talent, leadership and effective good ideas are rewarded. Currently I'm developing as Project Manager in the Finances Industry, managing software implementation projects with some of the largest banks in Colombia.
