The challenge that I love most is to achieve ambitious goals. Continuously driven by a passion for what I do believe that in modern communication center is the customer , as person not as "target" . In my opinion empathy is primary, strategy is the consequence of an empathic analysis and result is an obvious consequence. Set an empathic relationship with the customer and , before that, with your team is the best way to have great results . In the years of professional experience I have been able to operate in different areas following projects ALL-LINE (Online & Offline) . I am highly motivated in the international arena and ready to live abroad for a career improvement.
