After and enjoyable career in banking I left to start my second, and somewhat related, career as a mortgage broker. I will always be grateful to the bank for what they taught me about the world of money. Mortgage brokering seemed like a way to take my skill and knowledge to a personal level and make a difference in people's lives. I subscribe to the theory that the best debt is no debt. I also agree that using other people's money is a great way to create personal wealth but let's be sensible about it. I am having more fun now than at anytime in my career!
