Maria is currently a PhD Student in the Department of Urban Planning at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her research interests include urban development, the urban environment, public spaces, the urban commons and housing. Maria has worked as a research assistant in various projects. She holds a Masters Degree in Global Urban Development and Planning from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
