Citta di Mare is a 50 hectare master-planned waterfront community in Cebu City, Philippines inspired by coastal Italian towns. It will include residential resort communities, a central piazza, and a boardwalk area called Il Corso with beaches, marinas, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The first residential cluster, Amalfi Oasis, takes design cues from towns along Italy's Amalfi Coast and will have over 65% open space, landscaped walkways, and car-free zones to create a relaxing pedestrian environment.
