Marilyn is a corporate and health information technology lawyer who represents clients in both regulatory and transactional matters involving HIPAA, HITECH, software and data licensing, cloud services, joint ventures, health information exchanges (HIEs), accountable care organizations (ACOs), software development, marketing arrangements and long term planning.
