My research interest is cross disciplinary within creative industries and organisation studies.
I have a BA (hons) in Theatre (Dartington 1995), Master of Research Methods in Management (Bath 2007) and a Master of Digital Innovation (Lancaster 2013). I have held senior management roles within higher education and touring theatre. The latter being as Artistic Director and Playwright for Theatre of Red Earth - a UK experimental theatre company.
