I am licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wyoming and Texas and have worked in healthcare since 1983--with over 25 years of experience in quality/risk management. I am certified in both healthcare quality (CPHQ) and Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), a graduate of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI) Executive Patient Safety Officer Course (2011) and have completed all coursework work through Villanova University’s “Lean/Six Sigma for Healthcare” (at the Black-belt level).
