Born on an island in the Philippines Cebu City on September 11, 1988, Mark Chester U. Elnar began walking through his life鈥檚 journey. He is the second son among the three siblings of Emiliano Elnar Jr. and Marie Stella Elnar. Emilano Jr. is a public school teacher while Stella is a struggling business woman. The couple, despite the hardships and problems raised their children well with discipline and spiritual religious involvements.
