Mark Middlebrook has been in the banking industry for 19 years. He is senior vice president and client experience manager for City National Bank where he manages company-wide programs to improve the client experience through all product and service delivery channels and increase client loyalty.
Mr. Middlebrook is also the manager of the bank’s eCommerce Group. With 13 years specializing in eCommerce, he directs online strategy and interactive marketing efforts to support the company's online revenue goals. He is responsible for the bank's public Web sites, cnb.com and a private extranet site, and the intranet, the firm's primary colleague communication portal.
