Prior to founding TeamBuilder Search, Mark spent eight years owning, building and managing an interactive firm before successfully selling the firm to a larger marketing communications company. Mark has twenty years of experience working in marketing and technology that includes all levels of leadership. Mark has been recognized by Business First as a "Forty under 40" over-achiever for his efforts in business and the community. He was also honored by Columbus Chapter of the American Marketing Association as “Marketing Educator of the Year” and as “Marketer of Year”. The Columbus Technology Council also honored Mark as a TopCat Awards finalist for “Technology Educator of th
