I have been involved with Real Estate in many different capacities since 2007 and I have been a Full-Time Investor since June 2008. My speciality is finding great wholesale deals for investors that know a good deal when they see one and can move quick to acquire that asset. I prefer to work with cash buyers that can move quick but I also work with several hard money lenders in the area to help provide funding if your funding source has dried up.
