My primary research interests relate to the development of methodologies for effective design and operation of supply chains which focus on mass personalized products/services. More specifically, my research focuses on the transformative changes needed in the design and operation of pharmaceutical biologics supply chains where the end product/service is customized at the individual level, and the customer is partially a supplier. I am exploring the effect of these phenomena on the flows and costs in supply chains.
